Nils M. Entner LL.M.
labour law specialist
Nils M. Entner studied law with an emphasis on European labour and company law. He also received a Master of Employment Law (LLM) at King’s College London, where the subject of his thesis was “Employee representation in a Societas Europaea”. Nils M. Entner has been a labour law specialist since 2011.
As labour law specialist he advises in all areas of individual and collective labour law. He has particular expertise and experience in employment law issues relating to tax law. A further area of focus is the ongoing advice and representation of companies in all issues related to individual and collective employment law, particularly in the establishment and termination of employment contracts, formulation of compensation arrangements as well as cooperation with works committees, restructuring and transfers of business. He also advises in matters of nomination rights as well as the engagement of foreign workers in Germany.
Along with his activities as a solicitor, Nils M. Entner is a visiting lecturer at the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie (Management and Business Academy) Berlin.
